Yirrkala Footy Oval

With COVID restrictions decreasing sporting groups and clubs are getting ready again for their season starts. Cross recently provided support to the Yirrkala AFL club with set-out of their line marking on their oval.

We love the opportunity to support local sporting groups with marking out their playing fields as not only does it allow us to give back to communities which have been so good to us, it’s an interesting job for the surveyors who follow the sport and are interested in the rules,
The way line-markings are defined for the various games is different because of the requirement to fit different size grounds, different grades and different codes.
